Individual relationship counselling is $150 for 50 minutes.

You may use couples therapy to address presenting issues that you are stuck on at the moment or go deeper to address underlying issues that led to the problem in the first place. Long Consultation: $280 for 90 minutes

Short Consultation: $200 for 60 minutes

Sometimes we may need to improve communication with our other family members or loved ones in order to thrive and live a life that brings us joy and contentment. A family therapist can assist you in having important conversations and clear the air with your loved ones. With a counsellor present, the conversation can flow easily and in a contained and safe environment.
