Kyo "Kay" Chung Counsellor, Couples/Family Therapist

I am a registered counsellor with a special interest in relationships, childhood trauma, attachment injury, family violence, parenting, couples and family therapy, and holistic healing.

Relationships (with self and others) have a profound impact on our self-esteem, beliefs about self and others, and coping strategies we develop to address life challenges.

Through my life experience adapting to living in different cultures and overcoming various challenges, I have learned that it is possible to maintain balance and stay grounded not only during peaceful times but also during times of challenges and tragedy.

No matter where you are in your journey, therapeutic conversations can give you clarity and confidence to navigate your life map and find your way.

I have 10+ years in counselling and family therapy through my private and group practice providing general therapy, trauma therapy and assessment for Victims of Crime, counselling for family violence, men's behaviour, anger management and couples and family therapy.

I have delivered counselling for people impacted by family/domestic violence and sexual assault through national programs.
